Petitioner is in custody in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 13 of 2019 for the offence under sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that FIR was lodged against three unknown persons. The name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused Jitendra Kumar.

The petitioner is in custody since 13.1.2019. Considering the that petitioner was not named in the FIR and his name surfaced on the confessional statement of coaccused and he has remained in custody for nearly seven months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let

No.42834 of 2019(2) dt.11-07-2019 2/2 the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Jehanabad, in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No.13 of 2019.
