ii. Pending the final hearing of this application, admitted dues may be ordered to be paid to petitioner within shortest possible time which the petitioner is urgently required for his treatment of CANCER.

iii. For any other order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit & proper in the facts of this case, may also be issued in favor of petitioner."

After the mater was heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, states that the petitioner shall be content if the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to take recourse to such other alternate remedies which are equally efficacious in law. Prayer allowed.

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

Interlocutory application, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
