Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under section 393 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are said to have made abortive attempt to commit loot but they were caught by police on the spot. Submission on behalf of the petitioners is that petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and, as a matter of fact, hot exchange of words had taken place between the informant and petitioners and the informant lodged this false case against the petitioners with exaggerated story.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of the fact that the petitioners are in jail custody since 31.8.2016, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two
