2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with NDPS Case No. 48 of 2024 arising out of Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 253 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c), 21(b) and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act.
3. 2.5 gms of Brown Sugar has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and 15 gms of Brown Sugar has been recovered from the hut where eight persons including the petitioner were found sitting. The petitioner is in jail since 14.04.2024.
4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with NDPS Case No. 48 of 2024 arising out of Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 253 of 2024.
6. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Kahalgaon Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
