JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Araria, challenging the order dated 01.08.2010, issued by the respondent nos. 5 and 6, whereby the services of the petitioners as Panchayat Teachers at Primary School, Kamar Tola, Prasadpur, has been terminated with effect from forenoon of 01.08.2010.

The petitioners shall file an appeal before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Araria, within a period of thirty days from the date of the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period.
