ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 30-11-2023 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and nothing remains in the present writ petition to be adjudicated upon. Learned counsel has further stated that the direction may be given to the authorities concerned not to harass the petitioner on flimsy grounds.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has stated that pursuant to the order of this Hon'ble

Patna High Court CWJC No.9484 of 2023(7) dt.30-11-2023 2/2 Court, the authorities concerned have unsealed the premises of the petitioner. However in case there is any violation of the act, the authorities concerned will take action strictly in accordance with law.

3. Having regard to the above made submission, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

4. However, in case the authorities concerned find any violation of the provisions of the act or the rules framed thereunder, they shall act strictly in accordance with the said provisions.
