2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Sultanganj P. S. Case No. 371 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328, 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons committed murder of the son of informant by administering poison in his food. Before dying, during his treatment, the son of informant named this petitioner as one of the persons who fed him poisonous food.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. As a matter of fact, the deceased himself consumed poison as his family members were not happy since he solemnized inter-caste love
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43927 of 2026(2) dt.21-07-2026 2/2 marriage with the daughter of petitioner and taking advantage of the situation, this false and concocted case has been lodged against petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Considering the fact that deceased, before dying, disclosed involvement of petitioner in the offence, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
