2. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 117, 109, 303(2), 352 of the B.N.S.
3. The allegation in the FIR is that six accused persons including the present petitioners came variously armed to the house of the informant and assaulted her son by means of khanti on his head and when her second son, namely, Shibu Chauhan came to rescue his brother, he was also assaulted. It has further been alleged that other persons in the family were

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the FIR itself indicates general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons and no specific allegation has been attributed to the present petitioners. There is a land dispute between the parties and a case was also filed by the mother of petitioner no.1 reporting the same incident. It is further submitted that as against allegation of assault upon others, no other persons have received any injury but for Shibu Chauhan and Azad Chauhan. Injured Shibu Chauhan has received simple injuries while the said Azad Chauhan has received three injuries on his body, one being grievous in nature. It is next submitted that the petitioners have been languishing in custody since 29.04.2025 with no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned APP for the State, however, opposes the prayer for regular bail.
6. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is
