JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-08-2017 In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for payment of arrears of salary for the period July, 2001 to 31.03.2009. The petitioner was appointed as Lecturer in Political Science on 15.12.1978 in Shri Ganesh Giribardhari Sanskrit College, Bakhtiyarpur, District Patna.

Patna High Court CWJC No.10852 of 2011 (7) dt.18-08-2017 2/3 The petitioner after serving in the College for more than 30 years superannuated on 31.03.2009. On the earlier occasions also the petitioner along with four other persons had preferred a writ application bearing C.W.J.C. No.4790 of 2003. The order passed in the said writ application is Annexure-1 to the writ application. Except for the petitioner, the other four writ petitioners had withdrawn their application, so that they can avail their remedy under Section 9(4) of the Bihar University Act. As far as the petitioner is concerned, he was directed to file a representation before the Chancellor for redressal of his grievances. In pursuance to the order dated 28.07.2010 the petitioner filed a representation vide Annexure-2 to the writ application and it has been informed that the said is pending till date as to when the other four writ petitioners to the said writ application made a representation before the Vice Chancellor and the relief has already been granted to them vide Annexure-3 to the writ application.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the Vice Chancellor within a period of thirty day, which shall be disposed of within a period of three months from the date of filing of such application taking into account the fact that the similarly
