JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 The petitioners are accused in Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 355 of 2015, instituted under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 326, 307, 353, 324, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners draws attention of this Court to the F.I.R., as brought by the informant, and the order of the learned Sessions Judge to show that, in fact, there was no cause for the police to inspect the shop of the petitioners, and the informant was demanding Rangdari, on which there were protests. There is no allegation of other cognizable offence to which the petitioners were associated.
Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest or
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41372 of 2015 (2) dt.07-10-2015 2/2 surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah, in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 355 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
