Petitioner is in custody in connection with Dighwara P.S. Case No. 79 of 2019 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of quarrel between children of the petitioner and the informant scuffle took place in which both sides sustained injuries.

Learned counsel submits that there is case and counter case and both petitioner and the informant are own brothers and

The petitioner is in custody since 09.04.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner and the informant are own brothers and both sides have sustained injuries on account of scuffle between them, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Rakesh Mani Tiwary, learned Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, in connection with Dighwara P.S. Case No. 79 of 2019.
