Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed supplementary affidavit relating to incorrect statement made in paragraph No. 3 of the bail application about which the pairvikaar had not informed him.

In view of the fact that false statement has been made in paragraph No. 3 of the present bail application, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application. Considering the above mentioned fact, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
