This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 02.03.2020 passed by this Court in Cr Misc No 8449 of 2020, by which petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail in connection with CR Case No 237 of 2019, corresponding to TR No. 386 of 2019 to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 2nd Class, Madhubani, Dist.

Madhubani.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners could not adhere to the time for surrender in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3026 of 2021(2) dt.25-01-2021 2/2 Court below due to difficulties based on the pandemic. In view of such submission, four weeks' further time is granted to the petitioners from the date of receipt of copy of this order to surrender before the Court below and, in that event, the Court below will release the petitioners on bail as per terms and conditions mentioned in the order dated 02.03.2020 passed in Cr Misc No 8449 of 2020.
