====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 10-08-2017 This application has been filed for restoration of Civil Review No. 51 of 2014 which was dismissed due to noncompliance of the preemptory order passed on 24.07.2014. On notice being issued, it is communicated that the sole respondent Jagdish Yadav has died. However, no substitution petition has been filed and when the matter is taken up today, none appears for the parties.

In Civil Review No. 51 of 2014, the only relief claimed was that certain cost imposed, be withdrawn. It seems that with the passage of time, nobody is interested in the matter and
