This is the third attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Khaira Police Station Case No. 252 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 380, 457, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 of the Antiquities Act, 1972.
The prayer for bail on behalf of the petitioner was rejected twice by this Court.
There is no changed circumstance pointed out in the application renewing prayer for bail to make me reconsider such prayer. The charge appears to have been framed. The Court expects that the trial is expedited.
