ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 04-05-2016 The Petitioner seeks cancellation of provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Opposite Party No.2 by order dated 13.2.2014 passed in Cr.Misc.No.49854 of 2013 in connection with Complaint case No.1942 of 2012 pending in the court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.

The Opposite Party No.2 appears and submits that it is on account of the attitude of the Petitioner that they have not resumed the matrimonial relationship.

Be that as it may, the application is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to file an application before the Court below if they desire to settle the dispute finally. The Petitioner submits that the Opposite Party No.2 has not been depositing the amount fixed by this Court. In case he
