2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 271 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have fired upon the victim which hit in his hand.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 18.03.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41210 of 2025(2) dt.09-07-2025 2/2 as well as the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 271 of 2022.
