Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 56(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner is driver of the Scorpio vehicle from which huge quantity of liquor was recovered.

Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation of the case against the petitioner on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Special Case No. 139 of 2019, subject to the condition that the
