2. This is an application for transfer of Matrimonial Case No. 73 of 2020 (Vivekanand Singh v. Ranju Kumari) from the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Kaimur (Bhabhua) to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhojpur.
3. Pursuant to the last order the sole Opposite Party has appeared. The lady has assigned the reasons in paragraphs 12 and 13 of the petition which read as follows:- "12 That the petitioner has strong doubt that if she goes to Bhabhua court, then her life is in danger.
13. That petitioner's parents reside in Ara and they are old persons, therefore, she is not able to go along at Bhabhua, so she could not appeard in the said Matrimonial

4. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party submits that he has no objection to this transfer but he may be allowed to appear either physically or through video conferencing.
5. The prayer/submission is just and proper, if the case is to be transferred, the husband also must get opportunity to appear either physically or through video conferencing.
6. In that background, M.J.C. No. 1732 of 2021 is allowed. Let the files of Matrimonial Case No. 73 of 2020 (Vivekanand Singh v. Ranju Kumari) is transferred from the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Kaimur (Bhabhua) to the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhojpur at Ara, with permission to both the parties either to appear physically or through the video conferencing.
