Though a copy of the writ petition was served upon the respondents on 25.08.2015 itself, no counter affidavit has been filed as yet. Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of with a
Patna High Court CWJC No.13438 of 2015 dt.05-05-2016 2/2 direction to The Managing Director, South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited, Vidyut Bhawan, Bailey Road, Patna to consider the case of the petitioner to take a decision after due calculation of the admissible amount of post retrial dues payable to the petitioner along with statutory interest, if any, and make payment to the petitioner after such calculation of the admissible amount within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
