The petitioners seek bail in G.R.P. Darbhanga (Sitamarhi) P.S. Case No. 85/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 370 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 16 of Prevention of Bonded Labour Act, 1976. The gist of the allegation is that the petitioners were taking children, forced labourers and they were apprehended. It is submitted that 28 children along with 10 accused persons were apprehended. They were going to earn their livelihood. Petitioners are in jail since 22.10.2016.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioners have already remained in jail for more than four

No.55138 of 2016 (4) dt.28-02-2017 2/2 months, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (Rail), Samastipur in connection with G.R.P. Darbhanga (Sitamarhi) P.S. Case No. 85/2016.
