JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 17-04-2015 Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner in support of the present writ petition. However, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, by referring to the averments made in paragraph 15 of the counter affidavit filed on their behalf, submits that on the basis of a fresh draw one Smt. Madhu Singh was declared winner and she was issued the Letter of Intent on 23.06.2014. It has further been stated that Rajiv Gandhi L.P.G. Distributorship has been commissioned on 05.12.2014 in view of issuance of letter of appointment in favour of aforesaid Smt. Madhu Singh on 02.12.2014.

On going through the records of this writ petition, this Court finds that all the subsequent developments are not subject matter of challenge in the present writ petition. Even selected candidate has not been made party respondent in the present case till date.

In above view of the matter, the relief sought for in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.20058 of 2010 (3) dt.17-04-2015 present writ petition cannot be granted to the petitioner. In the result, the writ petition has to fail and is, accordingly, dismissed, but there shall be no order as to costs. (Birendra Prasad Verma, J) Arvind/- U
