Petitioner is accused in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 148 of 2016 registered under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 34 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of recovery of six live cartridges from the possession of petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and he has no concern with the alleged recovery. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 15.08.2016. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused person namely, Shiv Kumar Prabhakar has already been allowed bail by a Bench

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1693 of 2017 (2) dt.18-01-2017 2/2 of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 53406 of 2016. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Arwal in connection with Arwal P.S.
