The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 121/379/414/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-A)/25(1-AA)/25(1B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act and Section 39 U.A.P. Act. Submission is that arms were recovered from the possession of some other co-accused. Rupees fifty thousand was recovered from the possession of the petitioner which was of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 26.12.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39864 of 2019(2) dt.28-06-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.555 of 2018, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below having immovable property in his name.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
