The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with G.O. Case No. 150/2021 arising out of Sadar P.S. Case No.46/2021 registered for the offence under Section 30 (a) of the Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police was not found at the place where the alleged liquor was prepared in open area near the river bank. Allegation under Section 30(a), prima facie, is not made out against the petitioner. Taking into consideration, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named petitioner and in
