In view of the show-cause filed by the State that the petitioner's case has been considered and rejected soon after the order passed by this Court which is the subject-matter of the present contempt application, this Court is not inclined to proceed further in the contempt.
It is, accordingly, rejected.
Liberty, however, is also given to the petitioner to assail the said order in appropriate forum.
