Petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 212 of 2015 arising out of Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 140 of 2014 registered under Sections 302 and 498A of the I.P.C. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to dispute in village. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 17.09.2014.

Having considered the period of custody and facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
