JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-08-2017 In the present writ application, the petitioner has come for compliance of the order dated 14.07.2011 contained in Memo No.960 dated 19.7.2011 passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Siwan in Case No.217 of 2010.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18805 of 2011 (3) dt.24-08-2017 The order of the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Siwan has already been complied with in pursuance to the order dated 25.10.2011 passed by this Court. The grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed.

Considering the facts and circumstances, as the present writ application has become infructuous, no further order is required to be passed.

The present writ application stands disposed of as being infructuous.
