JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Meskaur (Sirdala) P.S. Case No.349 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 504, 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the injuries are of simple in nature and there are cross cases between the parties.

Taking into consideration the above and that the injuries have been caused to both the parties including the accused, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and in the event of arrest, they shall be released
