Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 19.02.2014 passed in Appeal No. 09 of 2013 (Annexure-8) by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Kaimur at

Patna High Court CWJC No.19236 of 2014 (2) dt.21-08-2017 2/2 Bhabhua, which is under challenge, in this writ application. Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period, in accordance with law. The present application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
