Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that while on 02.07.2019, the petitioner was allowed provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M, Danapur, Patna in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 120 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and also subject to the certain terms and conditions, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, the petitioner could not

In view of the aforesaid submission, let the last paragraph of the order dated 01.10.2019 passed by this Court be read as "Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner Ajeet Chaudhary, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M, Danapur, Patna in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 120 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C" in place of "Since the petitioner and the Opposite Party No.2 have settled their dispute outside the Court, in the terms, as stated above, and the opposite party No.
