Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 Arms Act.

There is no eye witness of the occurrence of murder. During investigation, the so called eye witness who witnessed the occurrence, did not identify the assailant. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No.302 of 2017

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46979 of 2017 (4) dt.18-01-2018 arising out of Khagaria (Gangaur) P.S.Case No. 66 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
