The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Garkha P.S. Case No. 58/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation that the husband and other in-laws of his daughter were torturing his daughter Sabnam Tara and on 12.02.2015 her husband and other family members burnt his daughter to death after sprinkling kerosene oil. It is submitted that the petitioner is of course husband of the deceased, but the petitioner never tortured his wife nor he set her ablaze. The wife got accidental fire. The petitioner brought her to the hospital for treatment, but unfortunately the wife of the

It appears that the informant has made specific allegation against the petitioner that he was torturing his wife and on 12.02.2015 the petitioner and others burnt his daughter after sprinkling kerosene oil.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
