Mr. Sri Amrendra Prasad ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-09-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner has earlier moved this Court thrice for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. Nos. 47055 of 2015, 49767 of 2016 and 58764 of 2017, which were rejected vide orders dated 27.01.2016 (Annexure-1), 06.03.2017 (Annexure-1/1) and 24.01.2018 (Annexure-1/2) respectively. On the last occasion, petitioner was granted liberty to renew his prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded within six months.

Vide order dated 08.08.2018, a report was called for from the Court below, which has been received and is kept at Flag -"A". Perusal of the report shows that the trial is going on in very slow pace and there is no likelihood of its early conclusion.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
