====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 128 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 354A, 354B, 366A, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and later on POCSO case was instituted bearing POCSO Case No. 68 of 2020 under Section 3⁄4 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely made an accused in a complaint filed in 2020 with regard to the incident alleged to have occurred on 02.05.2019.

I have considered the submissions, I find that the complaint was registered in the year 2019 itself and whereafter

No.51501 of 2021(2) dt.16-02-2022 2/2 the case was sent up for registration of F.I.R. and thus, no material investigation requires to be done in a case under Sections 354B, 366A, 354A as alleged in the F.I.R. as well as POCSO, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
