JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-356, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is said to have snatched a mobile phone of the informant and fled away from there. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 04-10-2015 and does not have any criminal antecedent except Patliputra P.S. Case No. 157 of 2015 which was lodged by the informant of the present case. Moreover, nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
