JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 04-05-2015 Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner in support of the present writ petition. By an order dated 06.04.2015, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner was directed to file a supplementary affidavit bringing on record the entire order-sheets of Certificate Case No.01 of 2010-11. No supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner in compliance of the aforesaid order dated 06.04.2015.

Learned State counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, who is present in Court, has also not complied with the aforesaid order dated 06.04.2015.

In absence of the entire order-sheets of aforesaid Certificate Case No.01 of 2010-11, the issues raised herein in the present proceeding cannot be properly adjudicated upon as it was recorded in the aforesaid order dated 06.04.2015. In above view of the matter, this Court is left with no

Patna High Court CWJC No.13881 of 2010 (5) dt.04-05-2015 option but to dismiss the writ petition. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
