In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for direction upon the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner to the post of Peon and further to make payment of his arrears of salary for the period i.e., May 2009 to September, 2009 and also for direction to which he may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case.
The petitioner has been working as a Daily Wages Worker on the post of Peon at Gopeshwar College, Hathua, Gopalganj. The petitioner claims to have worked from May 2009
Patna High Court CWJC No.905 of 2011 (5) dt.03-08-2017 2/2 to September, 2009 and he has not been paid his wages. The petitioner is directed to make a representation before the competent authority within a period of two months and the same shall be considered and disposed of by the said competent authority within a period of three months from the date of filing of representation.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
