JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 10-09-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the Tender Notice No. 3 of 2013-14 issued by Executive Engineer, District Urban Development Agency, Chapra, Saran as published in Newspaper on 26.06.2013 (Annexure-5) by which a fresh tender has been invited for construction of P.C.C. Road and Drain from Gudri Chowk to N.H. 19 in Nagar Parishad Chapra, and the order dated 11.06.2013 cancelling the earlier Tender No. 5 of 2012-13 (Annexure- 4).
2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that pursuant to the subsequent impugned tender notice no. 3 of 2013-14, the work in question was awarded and has already been completed.

3. Having regard to the statement made on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time and needs no interference.
4. The writ petition stands disposed of.
