JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 25.05.2016 on the accusation that 100 pouches, each containing 200 ml country made liquor, were recovered from his house. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.
Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Barachatti P.S.Case No. 176 of 2016.
