The petitioner seeks bail in Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 174/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that the petitioner caused stab injury to the brother of informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 30.04.2018. He has clean antecedent. It is submitted that an altercation had taken place. There was no any motive on the part of petitioner to cause injury. In the supplementary injury report of Prafulla Kumar (brother of informant), which is available in case diary, doctor has opined the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49936 of 2018 (3) dt.30-10-2018 2/2 injuries to be simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra (M) P.S.
