JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 25(1-b) a, 26 of Arms Act and 47 of the Excise Act. Allegation against petitioner is that from the pillow of his house one country made pistol and from the trunk a bottle containing 180 ml. foreign liquor were found. It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in the present case. He is in custody since 4.8.2016. Chargesheet has been submitted against petitioner. One country made pistol is said to have been recovered from the joint house of the petitioner. There is no compliance under Section 100 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial
