No.465 of 1996, learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that inadvertently instead of S.A. No.465 of 1996 F.A. No.465 of 1996 has been typed which is an error. Actually, the application is for restoration of Second Appeal No.465 of 1996 and she fairly states that the Second Appeal No.465 of 1996 has already been decided on merit on 3.4.2012.

That being so, this application is now rendered infructuous and is accordingly disposed of.
