JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-09-2017 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioners for quashing the order dated 24.01.2013 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Sohsarai P.S.Case No. 114 of 2012 whereby he has taken cognizance of the offences under Sections 420, 406, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioner.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of framing of charge.
