This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 47 of the Excise Act.

From the motorcycle of this petitioner 20 liters of sprit was recovered.

The petitioner is in custody since 22.08.2016 and has got same type of criminal antecedent.

Considering the period already undergone, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Masrakh P.S. Case No. 243 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VII, Saran at Chapra, or successor Court. If the Court below would come to notice that the petitioner has indulged in similar activity, the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of this petitioner in this case also.
