2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 316 of 2023 arising out of Khaira P.S. Case No. 413 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the trial is on the verge of conclusion, though, the same has been denied by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. Considering the fact that the trial is on the verge of conclusion, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
