2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 145 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 333, 64(1), 352, 351(2), 351(3), 3(5) of BNS, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing rape with the victim girl.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 14.04.2025.

5. Though, the allegation is of committing rape but the petitioner and the informant have got married and this fact has also been supported by the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39814 of 2025(4) dt.16-10-2025 2/2 informant Mr. Mukesh Kumar.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 145 of 2025.
