Learned counsel representing the State has drawn attention of this Court towards the order dated 24.06.2011 by which this Court made it clear that the petitioner is now required to challenge the order of his termination by way of an appropriate petition to be filed in this regard. Learned counsel submits that even though 61⁄2 years have passed thereafter, no such application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner and, therefore, this case cannot proceed as it is. I find substance in the submission of the learned counsel for the State.
