JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-10-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier, after obtaining four adjournments, when prayer for three weeks' adjournment was made, the application was dismissed on the ground that the petitioner has no reasonable apprehension of being arrested.

The accusation is of killing the father of the informant with sharp cutting weapon in the background of land dispute. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43912 of 2015 (2) dt.30-10-2015 2/2 six weeks from today in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 112 of 2014 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Samastipur. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
