09-02-2015 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 11, makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition granting liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the authority concerned regarding the claim of promotion from the post of A.S.I. to Sub-Inspector of Police.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file representation. If such representation is filed, the Court expects that same may be considered in accordance with law and disposed of within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.
